Judgment

Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
The matter comes up for orders on the application for extension of the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.03.2023 for a period of one month from 22.03.2023 to 20.04.2023 in connection with FIR No.56/2021 dated 17.03.2021, registered at the Police Station Banera, District Bhilwara for the offences punishable under Sections 376-2(N), 384 and 506 IPC and for the offence under Section 7 of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisement) Act, 1954.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that mother of the petitioner is seriously ill and therefore, the interim bail granted to the petitioner may kindly be extended.
Learned Public Prosecutor prays for some time to verify the fact as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In the interest of justice and looking to the serious nature of the illness of the petitioner’s mother, this Court is inclined to extend the interim bail of the petitioner Taj Mohammad @ Babu Khan S/o Abdul Sattar for a period of six days i.e. from 21.04.2023 to 26.04.2023. On 27.04.2023, the petitioner shall surrender before the trial court.
This order of extension of bail is granted on the same terms and conditions enumerated in the order dated 21.03.2023.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
