Rajiv Narain Raina, J.—Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that no action has been taken by respondent No. 2 on petitioner''s representation dated 09.07.2011 for reconsideration of the decision dated 09.02.2010 withdrawing recognition of B.Ed., D.Ed., M.Ed. and C.P.Ed. courses run by the petitioner-college. The said representation dated 09.07.2011 has been placed as Annexure P-22. Learned counsel for the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation (P-22) within a time bound period by passing a speaking order. Consequently, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation dated 09.07.2011 (Annexure P-22) together with the assertions made in this writ petition, which shall be treated as an additional representation.

Let a final decision be taken by the respondents after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by passing a speaking order containing reasons for grant or refusal of recognition. Let the needful be done within a period of one month of being supplied a certified copy of this order. The petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
