Judgment
We have heard the counsel for the petitioner.
Nobody appears for the respondent. This petition has been preferred for recovery of 15,25,363/- for the respondent. We have earlier issue a Bailable Warrant for Mr.Suraj Singh, the proprietor of the respondent in the sum of Rs.1,00,000 through the Vasant kunj Police Station. We have not received any report from the concerned police station.
We, therefore, request the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of South West District, New Delhi, that the warrant issued by this Tribunal vide order dated 17.10.2022 in this Telecom Petition, be served upon Mr.Suraj singh, the proprietor of the respondent. The necessary details are as under:
