Judgment
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length. Nobody appears on behalf of the respondent. Neither the cost imposed by this Tribunal, has been deposited by the respondent.
Hence, with a view to give one more chance to the respondent, this matter is adjourned to 27.3.2024.
Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a requirement of some modification in paragraph no.2 of order of this Tribunal dated 17.11.2023 because the cost was awarded to the petitioner which shall be paid by the respondent whereas there is also a mentioning about the deposition of cost in the name off “TDSAT” Employees Welfare Society.
Having heard the counsel of the petitioner and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the cost of Rs.10,000/- will be paid by the respondent to the petitioner. To that extent paragraph no.2 of our order dated 17.11.2023 is hereby corrected/modified. Rest of the order dated 17.11.2023 in this Telecom Petition is maintain as it is.
