Judgment
By means of this application the petitioner, represented by Mr. Raju Datta, learned counsel, has brought to the notice of this court that some mistakes have crept in the Judgment and Order dated 20.11.2018 delivered in WP(C) No.748 of 2017 (Swapan Kumar Paul vs. ONGC Ltd and Ors.).
On scrutiny of the records this court is satisfied that in para 10 of the judgment [page-6] where the dates regarding the bills are referred, by mistake, instead of bills dated 10.11.2016 and 06.02.2017, it has been typed as 21.02.2016 and 22.02.2017 respectively.
Therefore, that those dates are required to be corrected. For purpose of clarity, the line wherein those mistakes appear shall read as follows:
"The ONGC-respondent shall verify the record in respect of the bills dated 02.12.2016, 12.12.2016, 10.11.2016 and 06.02.2017 and as mentioned in the statement as produced by the petitioner."
The line in para 10 [page 6] of the said judgment which reads as follows shall stand deleted:
"The ONGC-respondent shall verify the records in respect of the bills dated 02.12.2016, 12.12.2016, 21.02.2016 and 22.02.2017 as mentioned in the said statement as produced by the petitioner."
The Registry is authorized by this order to correct the relevant dates. As a measure of abundant caution this order shall form a part of the judgment and order dated 20.11.2018 delivered in WP(C) No.748 of 2017.
Accordingly, this application stands allowed and disposed of.
A copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel for the parties.
