IA No. 216 of 2021 is filed by the IRP for withdrawal of the CP on ground of settlement. Since, CoC is not formed. Hence, since parties are settle and no one has approach with the objection to withdrawal. We allowed this application. Hence, IA No. 216 of 2021 is allowed and disposed of. Corporate Debtor is released from all rigours of CIRP. We direct IRP to hand over control of Corporate Debtor to the Suspended Management within three days from today along with all records.
Hence, main CP and IA stand disposed of.
