Judgment
Heard Ms. R. Guha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. S. Ghosh, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State-respondent through video conference.
Smt. Susmita Datta, the petitioner herein, has filed the instant bail application for granting her anticipatory bail for the reasons that she has been implicated with Sabroom P.S. FIR No.2020/SBM/015 dated 19.06.2020, registered under Sections 420/120(B)/409/511 of IPC.
Mr. Debnath, learned Addl. P.P. submits that the petitioner herein cannot directly be connected with the offence alleged against her at this stage.
I have perused the case dairy.
Be that as it may, in view of the anticipatory bail order dated 10.08.2020, the instant anticipatory bail application is made absolute.
The petitioner, Smt. Susmita Datta, in the event of her arrest shall be released on bail on her furnishing a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority.
However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the process of investigation.
With the above observation and direction, the instant bail application stands disposed.
