ORDER
i)
The Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses ‘B’ and ‘C’.
ii)The respondents shall undertake the exercise of restoration of the administrative sanction of the development works to the extent of petitioners’ villages within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of reciept of this order.
iii) Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
