Despite service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents nor has any reply to this petition been filed.
The petitioner seeks transfer of Case No. Civ DJ 154/2021 (Smt. Sushil @ Shashi Bala v. Smt. Sarla Devi) pending before the learned Additional District Judge-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, to the learned Additional District Judge-07 Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, and consolidation with CS No. 17/13 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
Mr. Jai Wadhwa, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both litigations pertain to the same property.
In view thereof, Case No. Civ DJ 154/2021 (Smt. Sushil @ Shashi Bala v. Smt. Sarla Devi) pending before learned Additional District Judge-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts is transferred to the learned Additional District Judge-07 Central District, Tis Hazari Courts.
Let the matter be taken up by the learned transferee Court on 1 April 2024.
This petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
