Heard Mr. P.K. Ray, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-husband.
The appellant-husband has filed this appeal challenging the judgment dated 05.12.2022 passed in C.P. No.40/169 of 2021-20, by which the learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar has dismissed the said case filed under Section 13(1)(i-a) (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce.
Mr. P.K. Ray, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-husband contended that the learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar has not considered the grievance of the appellant-husband in proper perspective and dismissed C.P. No.40/169 of 2021-20 filed under Section 13(1)(i-a) (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce, vide order dated 05.12.2022 mechanically. Therefore, the appellant-husband has approached this Court by filing this appeal.
Issue notice to the respondent by registered post with A.D., requisites for which shall be filed within three days. Office shall send notice to the said respondent fixing a short returnable date.
