J.V. Gupta, J.—This revision petition is directed against the order of the Guardian Court, Jullundur, dated March, 9, 1989, whereby, during the pendency of the petition u/s 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, filed on behalf of the mother of the minor children, it was directed that the delivery of the two minor children be banded over to her.

2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, i.e., the father of the minor children, submitted that there was no occasion to pass the impugned order unless the main petition was finally decided; particularly when one of the minor child was a student at Patti and his studies would be discontinued if the impugned order is implemented.

3.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I am of the considered opinion that instead of passing the impugned order, the main petition itself should have been disposed of expeditiously.

4.

It has been stated at the bar that an objection as to the jurisdiction of the Court has been raised on behalf of the father of the minors, but the said objection will not be pressed now as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner in this Court. On the next date of hearing fixed by the Court, the party will adduce his entire evidence at his own responsibility. After that, one date will be given for producing the entire evidence to the other party. Thus, the whole proceedings will be concluded within three months. This revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
