Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayers:
i) That the Respondents may kindly be directed to grant the work charge status/regularisation to the Petitioners w.e.f. the year 2008 with all consequential benefits as per the directions of the Hon''ble Apex Court and as per the policy framed by the State Government in the interest of justice and fair play.
ii) That the Respondents may be directed to pay the salary of the Petitioner as granted to the Petitioner earlier September, 2008 with all consequential benefits.
In view of the judgment rendered in LPA No. 115 of 2009,there will be a direction to the second Respondent to take appropriate action, in the case of the Petitioner without discriminating him within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner before the second Respondent.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
