Judgment
Deepak Gupta, J.—Mr. Dushyant Dadwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, states that in view of the subsequent order passed by the Government on 19th February, 2011, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty reserved to him to file a fresh one challenging the new order. He, however, submits that till a fresh petition is filed, no order adverse to the petitioner be passed.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that if the petitioner files a petition on or before 6th January, 2012, then till 6th January, 2012, no order adverse to the petitioner shall be passed on the ground that he has withdrawn the petition and the interim direction shall continue till the said date. In the mean time, the petitioner, if he is so advised, may approach the Court to obtain necessary interim directions. In case, he does not obtain any interim directions till 6th January, 2012, then this order shall stand automatically rescinded on that date. Needless to say if the petitioner files a second petition, then these orders will abide by the directions given by the Court in the subsequent petition.
