Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The Writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
(a) A writ in the nature of mandamus be issued directing the Respondents to post the Petitioner at Centre Primary School Tangling, taking into consideration his ailment and that he is likely to retire within a period of two year in the interest of justice.
It is submitted that the Petitioner is due to retire in less than two years. It is also submitted that the Petitioner requires a posting at the place indicated by him in view of his physical condition, as evidenced by Annexure P-1, medical certificate.
There will be a direction to the second Respondent to consider Annexure P-2 in the light of the submissions made in the Writ Petition and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and justice within a period of ten days from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith the copy of the Writ Petition. The post getting vacant on 30th June, 2010 at Centre Primary School, Tangling, shall not be filled up, till such time.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
