Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner  submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 21 of 2013 in CWP No. 6727 of 2010 alongwith connected matters, titled State of H.P. and Others Vs. Ravinder Kumar, decided on 04.10.2019. He further submits that petitioner shall be content in case the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in a time bound manner in light of judgment ibid.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 21 of 2013 in CWP No. 6727 of 2010 alongwith connected matters , titled State of H.P. and Others Vs. Ravinder Kumar, within eight weeks from today and will decide the same by passing a speaking order. In case, the petitioner is found similarly situated as respondent in LPA No. 21 of 2013, he will also be granted the same benefits as granted to the respondents in above case.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
