Notice before admission to the respondents. The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. Issue urgent notice by speed post
to the 2nd respondent. Petitioner to correct the address of the 3rd respondent. Sri.S.Krishna Moorthy, the learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for
the 4th respondent.
Sri.P.S.Gireesh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would refer to Exhibits-P3 to P7 identity cards issued under Rule 26A of the
Headload Workers Rules, 1981 and it is argued that the petitioner has his own attached workers and therefore the respondents 2 and 3 are not entitled
to claim work to the exclusion of the registered workers. Prima facie, there appears to be considerable merit in the submission advanced.
There will be an interim order as prayed for, for a period of two weeks.
The petitioner shall produce the Registers maintained by the petitioner under Rule 27 of the Rules.
