At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of in the light of the order dated 26.08.2015 passed by a Coordinate

Bench of this Court in W.P. No.14170/2015 relying on the judgment dated 18.12.2008 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.346/2008

(Smt. Usha Ranawat vs. State of M.P. and other).

In view of aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of the regular

pay scale from the date of appointment in the light of the judgment dated 18.12.2008 passed by the Division Bench in the case of Usha Ranawat

(supra) and also the order dated 26/8/2015 passed by this Court in W.P. No.14170/2015 (Ramkumar Kaurav vs. State of M.P.) within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of the individual fresh representation along with a copy of the order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and therefore, the authority would be at liberty to examine the

matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter either to accept or reject the representation by passing a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
