ORDER
On the application filed by the Resolution Professional for extension of 45 days in addition to 180 days, basing on the resolution passed by the CoC on 18.09.2019 seeking extension of 45 days of CIRP period as contemplated under Section 12(2)&(3) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 45 days' time is hereby extended with effect from 24.09.2019.
