Ranjit Singh, J.—The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to execute the registered sale deed in favour of the

petitioner in respect of a residential Plot No. 1195 measuring 250 square yards, situated in Part II, Phase I, Wazirabad, Gurgaon allotted to her by

the society. The petitioner claims to have discharged the entire liability, but still conveyance deed is not being executed in his favour. In support of

his plea, the counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an earlier order passed by this court in number of writ petitions, which came up for hearing

before this court on 8.11.2012. Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Sunil Nehra, Sr. DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, whereas Mr. Yashwinder

Singh, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 4.

On a statement made by Mr. Yashwinder Singh appearing for the Society, the earlier writ petitions were disposed of by giving liberty to the

petitioners to make a representation and the respondents have undertaken to decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of

receipt of the said representation.

The claim in the present writ petition being identical can be disposed of in the same terms. This writ petition is also disposed of in the same

terms. Let the petitioner file a representation within a period of two weeks. If he does so, his representation shall be considered and decided in

accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
