O R D E R

These are Applications filed by the Interim Resolution Professional (`IRP’) praying for clarification of the Order dated 24.07.2024.

Amended Memo has been filed by the Applicant bringing on record impleading the District Magistrate as well as the Cane Commissioner and combined Reply has already been filed on behalf of the District Magistrate Hapur and as well as the Cane Commissioner.

It is submitted by the Counsel for the IRP that the District Magistrate as per the Order dated 24.07.2024 is proceeding to disburse the dues of the Cane Farmers which Order was also continued on 30.07.2024.

Learned Counsel for the IRP submits that the payments which have been made by the District Magistrate relates to Pre-CIRP dues of the Cane Farmers, which will be taken note, the Appeals having already been fixed for 30.08.2024.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks liberty to file Affidavit which liberty was already granted on 30.07.2024. He may file the same on or before the next date.

Learned Counsel for the IRP submits that he has already filed the Status Report bring on record that amount of Rs. 20 Crores has been disbursed.

Taking record of the aforesaid, we dispose of the Applications.

List these Appeals on 30th August, 2024.
