A Male Health Worker, aged 58 years, has come up before this Court seeking promotion as Male Health Supervisor, from the date of completion of
his training, which was well before the date of his superannuation.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Given the fact that the representation dated 22.3.2020, made by the petitioner, Annexure P-5, is still pending, it would be suffice that the
respondents are directed to decide the said representation positively, within four weeks from today. In case the petitioner still feels aggrieved and
dissatisfied with the outcome of the representation, he is at liberty to approach this Court again for redressal of his grievances, if any.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
