Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following relief:-
"That the impugned show cause notice dated 31-07-2021 (Annexure P-5) may kindly be quashed and set-aside by issuing a writ of certiorari or in alternative the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed by issuing a writ of mandamus to provide a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and to proceed with the matter in accordance with procedure prescribed under the statutory provisions and H.P. Land Records Manual."
The learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the instructions dated 21.09.2021, the relevant portion whereof reads as under:-
"7. That in compliance to directions passed by the Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 17.09.2021 in C.W.P. No. 5648/2021, case was preponed and fixed on 20.09.2021. On 20.09.2021, one month notice under section 163 Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act-1954 was issued to the present petitioner and case was fixed on 22.10.2021 for reply. The copy of Notice is annexed as Annexure R-VI."
Now that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed inasmuch as he has been afforded an opportunity of one month to present his case, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
Consequently, the instant writ petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending application, if any.
