This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
Defect pointed out by the S.R. be removed within seven working days, as undertaken by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that opposite party no.2- Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Bhubaneswar may be deleted as there is no relief claimed qua the said Department.
Prayer is allowed. Opposite party no.2 is deleted.
