Arindam Lodh, J
Heard Ms. A. Debbarma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. De, learned Addl. GA appearing for the respondents-State.
In pursuance of the order dated 20.11.2023, the petitioner has been transferred to a place suitable for her i.e. near to her marital place.

In the interest of public services Smti. Supriti Debnath, MPW (Female) attached to Laxmipur HWC, Gondatwisa SDH, Dhalai Tripura is hereby transferred to and posted at Tripura Sundari SDH, Gomati Tripura, Udaipur.
Smt. Debnath is hereby stand release from her duties with effect of the afternoon of 27.11.2023 with direction to report to the Sub-Divisional Medical Officer, Tripura Sundari SDH, Gomati Tripura
This is issued as per approval of the Secretary Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Tripura, Agartala vide U.O. No.5238 dated 18.11.2023.
