Ld. Counsel appearing for the applicant / operational creditor Ms.Vaibhavi Parikh Parikh states that the parties have amicably settled the matter and she has been instructed and also authorized to file the pursis for withdrawal of the main IB application. The pursis dated 13.10.2021 is on record. Ld. Counsel Mr.VijayeshAtre for the Corporate Debtor confirms the settlement. Considering the submissions made by the both counsels, we allow the withdrawal of the insolvency application, thereby CP (IB) 617 of 2019 is disposed as withdrawn.
