Judgment
ORDER
New IA/3653/ND/2025:-
This application has been filed seeking the following prayers;-
a. “To Allow the present Application;
b. Pass an order for withdrawal of the ongoing voluntary liquidation proceedings initiated under the Section 59 of IBC, 2016 which is pending before Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi vide IB-l 74/ND/2025;
c. Pass Order for reinstate the status of Company as existing before voluntary liquidation commencement date; and
d. Pass such other necessary order( s) / direction( s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper.”
Considering the facts and circumstances of the application as well as averments contained in Para (b) & (c) of the application, this Adjudicating Authority is inclined to allow the present application i.e. IA/3653/ND/2025, consequently, IB/174/ND/2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
