With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the Petition is taken up for final hearing.

Mr. Phulka, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already been conveyed that he would be granted admission. On the last date of hearing the Petitioner was permitted to appear in the counselling but the result thereof was to be produced in Court today. It appears from a communication received from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India that the Petitioner has been selected through AIEEE-03 for the Session 2003-2004 and has been admitted/provisionally admitted under OP Category in B.E. Degree Course in Information Technology. In these circumstances, no further Orders are called for from this Court. If the fees are deposited within three days from today, it shell be accepted by the Respondents.

The Petition stands disposed of.
