ORDER
Counsel for the petitioner present and submits that the matter against the same Corporate Debtor has already been admitted by this Adjudicating Authority in CP 126 of 2019 vide order dated 14.02.2020.
In view of the admission of aforesaid CP, this petition is dismissed as infructuous and the petitioner is directed to approach the IRP with their claim.
