Anupinder Singh Grewal, J

Heard through video conferencing.

The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.287 dated 15.09.2020, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station

Ellenabad, district Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the FIR is an outcome of a matrimonial dispute between the sister of the petitioners and the

complainant, who is her husband. He also contends that the sister of the petitioners along with her two minor children has been turned out of the house

by the complainant and they are residing with the petitioners. The allegations against the petitioners are that they had caused simple injuries to the

complainant.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Chetan Sharma, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1/State.

Mr. Darshan Kahlon, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and states that in view of the serious allegations against the

petitioners, they are not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and in view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it a fit case to

grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Therefore, the petitioners are directed to appear before the investigating officer within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of

this order and on their doing so, they shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting/investigating officer till submission of report under

Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.' - for short). The petitioners shall continue to join investigation and shall furnish an

undertaking that they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, they will be permitted to furnish regular bail

bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
