Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not seek to pursue the writ petition but the petitioner may be granted liberty to submit a representation to the respondent RPSC, Ajmer with the prayer to inspect his OMR Sheet and Answer key sheets in the Subjects of General Knowledge and Hindi pertaining to Teacher Grade-II Examination, 2011, conducted by the RPSC, Ajmer. Reliance is placed on the judgment of the Hon''ble Apex Court in the case of Central Board of Secondary Education & Anr. Versus Aditya Bandopadhyay & Ors. in Civil Appeal No. 6454/2011 decided on 09.08.2011.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. It is directed that in the event any representation is submitted by the petitioner, on the aforesaid count, the respondent RPSC, Ajmer would consider and decide the same in the light of the judgment of the Hon''ble Supreme Court referred hereinabove within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of representation alongwith a certified copy of this order.
