Judgment
Bala Krishna Narayana, J.—Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
The present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the chargesheet No. 79 of 2009 submitted against the applicants. The application is supported by affidavit of opposite party No. 2/complainant Jyoti Dhuria in which she has stated that the dispute between her and her husband Suneel Kumar alias Pappu has been settled and she has no intention to continue any further with the criminal case which has been registered against her husband and his family members on the basis of FIR lodged by her.
Jyoti Dhuria also appeared in person before this Court. She has been identified by Sri Rajpsh Kumar Gupta, learned Counsel for the applicants. She stated before the Court that matrimonial dispute between her and her husband has been settled and she does not want to prosecute him or any of his family member any further.
In view of the above, the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 4095 of 2009 are quashed. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
