Judgment
Arindam Lodh, J
Heard Mr. H. Sarkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M. Debbarma, learned Addl. G.A. appearing for the State-respondents.
By way of filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for granting her TA Bills she raised out of her expenses incurred for her treatment at a hospital outside the State of Tripura. It is the contention of the petitioner that the respondents paid her the expenses which she incurred for her treatment at the hospital, but, she was not paid the bill out of her journey expenses.
Mr. Debbarma, learned Addl. G.A. has drawn my attention to the memorandum dated 1st August, 2007 wherein it is stipulated that ‘Group-C’ and ‘Group-D’ employees of the State are entitled to get journey expenses for the purpose of their treatment as per existing T.A. Rules.
Accordingly, it is directed that the respondents shall pay the bills to the petitioner which she is entitled to out of her journey expenses as per existing T.A. Rules.
With the above directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed.
