Judgment
The matter has been listed today at the instance of the Tribunal with a view to clarify the facts in the light of request made by HDFC Bank Ltd.
through a letter dated 15.01.2021 by the Branch Manager of the said bank situated at Shankar Narayan Building, Bangalore.
The Bank has received a request from the petitioner - Sun Distribution Service Pvt. Ltd. to block operation of a particular account whose number is
given in the letter of M/s Welworth Software Pvt. Ltd.
It is clarified that by interim orders this Tribunal has restrained M/s Welworth Software Pvt. Ltd. from operating its bank accounts until further
orders and or transferring its assets and, therefore, the bank should abide by that order and block operation of the bank account of M/s Welworth
Software Pvt. Ltd. until further orders.
Counsels for the petitioner, Welworth and E-infrastructure are present and have been heard.Â
