Judgment
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the applicant is working as instructor in ITI on contractual basis since 2016. He has been apprehended that he may be replaced by any other person. As such, the applicant made representation before the appropriate authority on 25.06.2022. Learned counsel further submits that it will suffice if the respondents are directed to consider his representation on sympathetic ground within a stipulated time frame.
In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the applicant, within four weeks from today, by passing a reasoned and speaking order and communicate the same so arrived to the applicant.
With these observations, this O.A. stands disposed of. Till such exercise is completed, the respondent authorities are directed to maintain the status quo.
It is made clear that this Tribunal has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
There shall be no order as to costs.
