Judgment
This bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC in connection with FIR No.383/2020 registered at Police Station Vishwakarma, District
Jaipur (West) for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC.Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. Taking into
consideration the nature of allegations and that offence is triable by Magistrate which is also compoundable but without commenting on merits of the
case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner-1. Sumersingh S/o Jagdish Prasad, 2. Man Singh S/o Srinarayan,
Kaluram S/o Shri Harisingh &4.Pradhan S/o Shri Ramphool be released on bail under Section 439 CrPC in connection with aforesaid FIR provided
each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with
the stipulation that they shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
