Judgment
RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL)
This petition has been preferred by the petitioners for directing respondents No.2 and 3 in the context of protecting their lives and personal liberties
from being invaded by private respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners informed the Court that petitioner No.1 is no more interested in accompanying petitioner No.2 and she wishes to
go along with her mother namely Lajwanti/respondent No.5 who is present in the Court.
Petitioner No.1 claims herself to be major. Petitioner No.1 would be at liberty to go according to her own wishes. So far as pettiioner No.2 is
concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners has shown apprehension qua his life and personal liberty as number of persons have come with private
respondents.
Notice of motion.
On the asking of Court, Mr. S.P. Singh, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and Mr. Brij Mohan, Advocate appears on
behalf of respondent No.5.
Representation dated 06.04.2018 filed by the petitioners shall be treated on behalf of petitioner No.2 and necessary orders be passed by respondent
No.2 in accordance with law. Till such time, respondents No.2 and 3 shall ensure that no harm is caused to petitioner No.2, if he is not involved in
any other case.
SHO, Police Station Sector-3, Chandigarh is directed to provide safe passage to petitioner No.2 in order to enable him to reach at his destination. All
the documents of petitioner No.1 be handed over to her by petitioner No.2 forthwith. In the event of failure, the respondent No.2 shall look into said
aspect as well.
