Judgment

The petitioner and the respondent in both the writ petitions are present before the Court along with their Advocates. The parties are duly identified by their respective Advocates. It is submitted that the parties have arrived at a compromise and a joint memo dated 22.06.2024 is filed before this Court. It is prayed that the petitioner and the respondent have not only settled the present writ petitions but also the entire subject matter which is being litigated in O.S.No.5718/2022. The present writ petitions pertain to the orders passed on interlocutory applications filed in O.S.No.5718/2022. It is prayed that O.S.No.5718/2022 may be decreed in terms of the joint memo.
The joint memo is taken on record and the following order is passed:
ORDER
(i) The writ petitions are hereby disposed of in terms of the joint memo dated 22.06.2024.
(ii) The petitioners are given the liberty to advance the case in O.S.No.5718/2022.
(iii) The trial court is directed to dispose of O.S.No.5718/2022 in terms of the joint memo dated 22.06.2024 filed before this Court.
