1.Heard and gone through the record.
Petitioner was appointed as Language Teacher by Parents Teachers Association in Government School, Seri Bungalow, in April, 2006. Her services were terminated in December, 2006, because her work and conduct was not found to be satisfactory. As per appointment order, she was to work as Language Teacher, without getting any pay. She did not attend the school upto 1st August, 2007, because according to her, she had delivered a child in November, 2007. In August, 2007, when she went to the school to report for duty, she was not allowed to join. She filed a writ petition in this Court, which was disposed of, vide order dated 24.6.2010, with the direction to Director, Elementary Education, to consider representation of the Petitioner for allowing her to continue as Language Teacher. That representation has now been rejected by order, copy Annexure P-1, passed in the month of October, 2010. Exact date is not there in the order. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition, challenging the aforesaid order of rejection of her representation.
Order of rejection of representation is a reasoned one. It records that work and conduct of the Petitioner were not found satisfactory and so, her services were terminated in June, 2006. If it is so, it does not lie in the mouth of the Petitioner to say that she was on leave, on account of delivery of her child and was not allowed to join duty on 1st August, 2007, when she went to the school.
In view of the above stated position, present writ petition is dismissed. Pending application(s) shall also stand dismissed.
