Judgment
Prafulla C. Pant, J.—Shri Karan Anand, Advocate, present for the Applicants.

Applicants-Sultan Singh and Aneeta Devi who are in jail in connection with crime No. 17 of 2011, relating to offence punishable u/s 304B IPC, and one punishable u/s 3(v)(ii)/10 S.C./S.T (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, P.S. Doiwala, District Dehradun, have sought their release on bail.
Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
Learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that Applicants'' son Deepak got married to the daughter of the complainant Chote Lal. It is pointed out that the said marriage was inter caste love marriage. It is contended that there is no question of demand of dowry in the case. Learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that the Applicants lived separately from their son, and daughter-in-law, and they have no knowledge as to how their daughter-in-law committed suicide.
Having considered submissions of learned Counsel for the parties, and after going through the papers on record, without expressing any opinion as to final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that Applicants deserve bail.
The bail application is allowed. Let the Applicants Sultan Singh and Aneeta Devi be released on bail on execution of personal bonds by each one of them and furnishing two sureties for each one of them, each of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
