Judgment

Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.22 dated 07.11.20114 (Annexure P-1) under Sectionns 498-A, 406, 323 and 120-B IPC, registered at police Station Womeen Jagraon, District Ludhiana and all otther consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on merits as the respondent No.2-wife as per the coompromise, has already taken the settlemment amount of Rs.80,000/-.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurpreet Singh submits that petitioners No.2 and 3/mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the complainant/respondent No.2/wife already sttand acquitted by the learned triaal Court vide judgment dated 01.8.20222; and that petitioner No.1-husband of respondent No.2/commplainant/wife has been declareed proclaimed offender vide order dateed 02.12.2017 (Annexure R-1).
Learned counsel for the petiitioners submits that in view of the above, nothing survives in the prresent petition and the same may be diisposed of as such.
Ordered accordingly.
