Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.105 dated 07.08.2019 under Sections 307, 452, 323, 120-B, 109, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

While granting interim bail to petitioners No.1 & 2, following order was passed by this Court on 03.09.2019: -

"...Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that petitioner No.3 Rani @ Manjit Kaur stands arrested and this petition may be dismissed qua her.

Ordered accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that as per allegations in the FIR, injury under Section 307 IPC is attributed to Satpal Singh @ Satti, who has fired two shots towards father of the complainant namely Amar Singh and no injury is attributed to petitioners No.1 & 2..."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, petitioners No.1 & 2 have joined the investigation and are not required for any further investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jasvir Singh and assisted by learned counsel for the complainant, has not disputed the factual position and states that petitioners No.1 & 2 are no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to petitioners No.1 & 2 vide order dated 03.09.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., as the present petition qua petitioner No.3 Rani @ Manjit Kaur has already been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.09.2019.
