Judgment
R.K. Singh, J.—Taken on the revised list. None appears for the revisionist. The learned A.G.A. is present and defends the judgment of the court below challenged in this revision petition.
Perused the ground taken in the revision petition and the judgment of the appellate court and of the trial court. The revisionist was tried in Case No. 2552 of 1981 in the Court of Vth Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad u/s 7/16 of the P.F.A. Act and was convicted for the same offence by judgment dated 27.8.82 and was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs. 1,000 and in default to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for three months.
The ground taken in the revision petition are non-compliance of the mandatory provisions of Sections 10(7) and 13(2), P.F.A. Act. After perusing the judgment of the court below, this Court does not find any force in the grounds taken by the revisionist. The law under the P.F.A. Act has been properly complied with the revisionist has been found guilty on proper appreciation of evidence adduced before the trial court.
There is no merit in revision petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
