Both the applications are allowed subject to all just exceptions. Annexures P-1 to P-6 are taken on record.

Applications stand disposed of accordingly. Crl.W.P. No. 2091 of 2010 The present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to Respondent No. 1 to temporary release the father of Petitioner on parole for six weeks u/s 3(1)(c) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988, enabling him to carry out agricultural operations.

Heard.

It has been contended by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that application, Annexure P3, has already been moved in this regard before Respondent No. 2, i.e., Superintendent, District Jail, Karnal, on 28.9.2010, and however, no action has been taken on the same so far.

Hence, in view of these facts and as per request, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Respondents to consider and decide the application of the Petitioner, dated 28.9.2010, Annexure P3, already stated to have been moved before Respondent No. 2, as per law, Rules and Instructions on the point, within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
