CM Nos. 7667 and 7668 of 2012
This is an application for recalling the order dated 19.3.2012 on the ground that inadvertently the Principal Secretary, Department of Social Security, Women and Child Development, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh and Director, Department of Social Security, Women and Child Development, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh who were necessary parties, were not impleaded. CM No.7668 of 2012 has been filed for impleading the said persons. No reply has been filed. For the reasons recorded, the application is allowed. Order dated 19.3.2012 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number. The persons mentioned in para 3 of the application are directed to be impleaded as respondents No.3 and 4.
Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the memo of parties.
JUDGMENT
Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the present case is covered by the order passed in CWP No.15973 of 2011 titled as Jaswinder Singh and others v. State of Punjab and another decided on 29.8.2011.
Learned Assistant Advocate General has accepted this fact.
Resultantly, this petition is disposed of in the same terms. A copy of this order be given to the learned AAG under the signatures of the Court Secretary.
