Judgment
Alexander Thomas, J.
The prayers in the instant Writ Petition (Criminal) seeking for Writs of Habeas Corpus and Certiorari are as follows:
“i. The Writ Petition (Crl.) may kindly be admitted and allowed;
ii. Issue a writ of certiorari, directions or order to call the records in connection with Exhibit-P2 detention Order as confirmed by the Respondent No.1 by Exhibit P3 Order and set-aside the same.
iii. Issue any such other Writ, Order or Direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper considering the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.”
Today when the matter has been taken up for consideration, Sri.Biju Antony, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit, on the basis of instructions of his party, that the above Writ Petition (Criminal) may be closed as infructuous in view of the subsequent developments.
Recording the abovesaid submission of the petitioner, the above Writ Petition (Criminal) will stand dismissed as infructuous.
