Judgment
The petitioner alleges that Smt.Asna N., aged 21 years, who is the daughter of the 3rd respondent and the sister of the 4th respondent, has been
detained by them in illegal custody and seeks that she be set at liberty.
In pursuance of the earlier directions, both Smt.Asna N. and respondents 3 and 4 are present before this Court. We have interacted with them; and
Smt.Asna N. has told us unequivocally that she has no feelings for the petitioner and that she does not want to go with him. She had made it very
clear that she wants to return with her father and brother.
The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, however, voiced an apprehension that the petitioner may be retaining sensitive documents of Smt.Asna
N., as also her photographs and videos. We, therefore, asked the petitioner to hand over all the documents in his possession, which has been done in
our presence and it is confirmed by the 3rd respondent that no other document is left. He, however, submitted that the petitioner may be directed to
delete all the photographs and videos of Smt.Asna N. with him forthwith.
We, therefore, commanded the petitioner - Sri.Suhaib Muhammed, to delete all such photographs and videos from his mobile phone and other
devices and he has confirmed that he has done so.
In the afore circumstances, we dismiss this writ petition and allow Smt.Asna N. to return to her residence along with respondents 3 and 4; with a stern
warning to the petitioner not to contact her or to in any manner meddle with her life in future.
