By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/proposed respondent Ms. Reena Shrama, to implead her as party respondent. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and applicant Ms. Reena Sharma, is ordered to be impleaded as party respondent No.3.
Notice. Mr. Hamender Singh Chandel, Advocate, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the newly added respondent No.3. Registry to carry out necessary corrections in the memo of parties on the basis of amended memo of parties annexed with the application. Application stands disposed of.
By way of present writ petition, petitioner has laid challenge to his transfer from Govt. Senior Secondary School Senwah to Govt. Senior Secondary School Multhan.
Having taken note of the fact that the petitioner had been serving the Govt. Senior Secondary School Senwah for more than two years, this Court finds no merit in the present petition and as such, same is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before appropriate authority within a period of one week from today, requesting therein to adjust him at the station of his choice, preferably near Senwah. Appropriate authority shall consider the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within two weeks from the receipt of the representation. Needless to say, authority while deciding the aforesaid representation shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order. Till the representation is decided, petitioner may avail leave of kind due. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
