Judgment
V. Narasingh, J
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant.
The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.277 of 2023, pending on the file of learned N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi arising out of Nirakarpur P.S. Case No.95 of 2023, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 147/148/302/149 IPC.
Learned counsel, on instruction, submits that except the present BLAPL, no other bail application of the Petitioner relating to the aforementioned P.S. case is pending in any other Court.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Khurda by order dated 12.02.2024 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.
This Court perused the statement of the injured witness Badani Majhi mother of the deceased.
Considering the tenor of the statement, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage.
Accordingly, BLAPL stands rejected.
Leave is granted to the Petitioner to renew his prayer at an appropriate stage.
