Judgment

Heard Mr. S.S.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S.Pradhan, learned Addl. Government Advocate.
This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner-Subrat Matabar in connection with Kalimela P.S. Case No.181 of 2019 corresponding to T.R. Case No.143 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri for commission of offence punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) (C) of the N.D.P.S.Act.
Mr. S.S.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an adjournment.
Perused the order dated 24.11.2021, wherein it has been indicated that the petitioner had assured to surrender within two weeks. It has been further noted that N.B.W. of arrest has been issued against the petitioner on 17.03.2021 as he did not surrender after expiry of interim bail granted to him by this Court by order dated 21.12.2020.
Since the petitioner has abused the liberty granted to him while releasing him on interim bail, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
