This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
In filing this CRLMC, the Petitioner against whom the allegation of unauthorized keeping of money of the informant is made, has prayed for quashing the entire Criminal Proceeding initiated against him vide C.T. Case No.288 of 2026 arising out of Jajpur P.S. Case No.45/2026 pending before the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Jajpur.

Issue Notice.
Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on behalf of the Opposite Party No.1. Let an extra copy of the brief be served on her within three working days hence. She is directed to file reply within two weeks from the date of receipt of the brief.
Notice be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 by Speed Post with A.D. making it returnable by 28th March, 2026. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three workingdays hence.
